Saturday - 9 Hole Competition

Due to the high demand for tee times on Saturdays and the number of members on the waiting list, a new 9 hole competition will commence tomorrow to satisfy the demand for game time.  (Last night's book in was filled 13 minutes after 7pm).  The 9 hole competition will commence at 1.35pm this week, (with the times slowly moving each week as sunset times change).  We have determined that any bookings after this time will be most unlikely to complete 18 holes prior to sunset.  There will be prizes as per the current arrangements on the Friday 9 hole competitions.  

Players will need to phone the Pro Shop for tomorrow's 9 hole comp, but in future weeks can also book on-line.  Entry fee will be $8 with cart hire $10.  Players are encouraged to place their name on the waiting list if they wish to play 18 holes.  If they have not obtained a tee time by Friday afternoon, then they would be advised to make a 9 hole booking.  

For players booked in for the 18 hole competition - please be aware of speed of play.  We continue to request that players in paired groupings should take no longer 3 1/2 hours to complete their round.  Players may be asked to 'walk a hole' with a wipe should they be found out of position.
